While single bodies or parts of a mechanical system are studied in detail with finite element methods, the behavior of the whole system of interconnected bodies are studied with Multi-Body Simulation (MBS). With the products we offer, you can also integrate mechanical components, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and control systems to build and test virtual prototypes that accurately account for the interactions between these different types of subsystems.
